Refund Policy

  1. Refund is subject to a case-by-case basis for services not rendered. All refund request must be submitted within14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. For Refund, please email to enhancedhealth6@gmail.comby stating your Name, Order/Payment ID, Proof of Purchase, Contact No & Reason(s) for return/refund. Our customer service will verify the refund reason and get back to you within 48 hours.
    (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays). 
  3. If your refund request is approved, the refund payment will be debited to your bank account within 14 to 30 working days depending on the payment methods & appointed bank refund policy.
  4. If the Package(s) has been discounted either by promotion or promo codes, the amount that is refundable will be based on the net amount (after deduction of promotion value).
  5. Package(s) purchased cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. Package(s) purchased cannot be combined with any other Voucher, discount or promotional offer unless otherwise specified.
  7. Package(s) purchased may contain terms and conditions that supplement, and are to be read as in addition to, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the Package Terms and these Terms and Conditions, the Package Terms shall prevail.
  8. Enhanced Health Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any exchange, return, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
